These terms govern your use of Ultra Planner. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Ultra Planner is a pre-race planning aid for ultra runners. It estimates segment times and suggests fluid, carb, sodium, and gear targets from the numbers you enter. It is a planning tool — nothing more.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there is no password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Remove account.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for your own race planning, in good faith.
  • Don't attack, overload, scrape, or attempt to break or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Don't use it for anything unlawful or to harm others.

IMPORTANT — PLANNING AID ONLY

Ultra Planner gives estimates, not instructions. Its time, fluid, carb, sodium, and gear figures are model-based suggestions from the data you enter — they are not medical, nutritional, or safety advice.

Conditions, your health, and your body on the day matter more than any plan. Use your own judgement, consult qualified professionals where appropriate, and never rely on Ultra Planner for race-day safety decisions. You use the plan at your own risk.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the estimates are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland and applicable European Union law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
